This project involves the complete remodel of the kitchen, master suite,
sitting room, butler pantry, mudroom, and laundry room.

The existing kitchen will be pulled back to its bones and rebuilt.

The existing laundry/mudroom will be transformed into a pantry.

The master bathroom will be gutted and rebuilt.

This existing bathtub will become a new walk-in shower with euro style glass shower door.

Regardless of age... demolition day is by far one of the funnest aspects of our job! Demolition day begins and poof…..the existing kitchen is gone!

Welcome Back! The demolition work continues and the rough mechanical/electrical work begins.

The new master bathroom pocket door wall has been framed.
This door will create a private toilet area.

Rough plumbing work is underway at the location of the new walk-in shower.

Plumbing is complete for the new shower controls.

As well as for the new washer and dryer location.

The exhaust duct for the new kitchen vent hood can be seen here. This duct has been carefully routed through a second floor closet and up through the roof.

Shown here are the light fixtures. Simple modern lines, nickel & chrome finishes, white fabrics and opaque glass combine to create an elegant lighting package.

The plumbing fixtures were also chosen for their modern, simple designs.

New kitchen appliances have arrived.
A built-in microwave-oven combo unit.

You are looking at the future walk-in shower. This shower will have a frameless glass door, tiled bench seat, recessed wall niche, adjustable hand held shower, and rain shower head.

This wall is for the new bathroom vanity.
The wall studs have been prepped for two recessed medicine cabinets.

The kitchen awaits the next phase…..drywall!

The new master bathroom floor tile.

The new wall tile and accent and stone edging.

The new walk-in shower with tiled bench.

Details throughout, such as the mosaic tile accent within the shower wall niche.

With the tile almost complete the next step will be the installation of the bathroom cabinetry.

March 1, 2016

The installation of the master bathroom cabinets has begun.

A new pocket door with frosted glass separates the laundry and toilet from the rest of the master bath.

The kitchen floors have been patched and refinished.

March 15, 2016

The frameless shower door has been installed.

And the kitchen cabinet installation has begun.

The quartz countertops, light fixtures, and glass tile backsplash have been installed.

The kitchen sink is equipped with a touchless faucet, soap dispenser, and garbage disposal button switch.

These stainless steel appliances really ‘pop’ against the dark wood cabinets.

The old laundry/mudroom has been beautifully transformed into the new butler’s pantry.

The master bathroom is near completion. Now a calming retreat.

And it’s a wrap!... The project has been successfully completed!
